▇ Characteristics and Applications
This product is a polyhindered phenol antioxidant. It appears as a white powder or granules, is soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, acetone, and chloroform, slightly soluble in ethanol, and insoluble in water. It has good compatibility, excellent water - extraction resistance, low volatility, and is odorless. It can be used in combination with other additives such as co - antioxidants (such as thioethers, phosphites), light stabilizers, and antistatic agents. The combination of antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168 shows extremely significant effects.
The application scope of this product includes polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, and olefin copolymers such as ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer. At the same time, it is also recommended for use in polyacetal resins, polyamides, polyesters, polyvinyl chloride, styrene - based homopolymers and copolymers, ABS elastomers such as butyl rubber, SBS, SEBS, EPM, and EPDM, as well as other synthetic rubbers, adhesives (natural and synthetic adhesive resins), and other organic materials.
