This product has the characteristics of good oil solubility, low volatility, good thermal stability, and high antioxidant efficiency. It has excellent heat resistance and high antioxidant effectiveness. It can prevent the oxidation of oils and fats and extend their storage period. When used in combination with antioxidant BHA, antioxidant BHT, and citric acid, a significant synergistic effect can be achieved, and it is especially suitable for vegetable oils.
